Because of his wonderful performance in the university, he was drafted by the Minnesota Vikings in the first round of the 2007 NFL Draft. Just as his nickname Purple Jesus, which is based on Peterson jersey, he is tough and powerful. Only considering his playing style, he has the potential to be the best running back in the NFL.
