Bears won Super Bowl once

It is not common for one football team in NFL to win Super Bowl only for one time. However, Chicago Bears did do that in its history. The only time for the team to win was in the year of 1985, which was led by Walter Payton, who is still regarded as the best running back in the team all these years. That year, Payton was though was at his prime and the players in Bears jersey cooperated to win. In the end, they made it by taking great pains.

However, the team never wins again. During the last two seasons, the bears made their moves. In the 2008 season, Jay Culter, the quarterback in the team, was thought not to be the right franchise caller. And the team immediately sent Kyle Orton to get another player. It is the coach who made the wrong decision on who was the right player for the team to solve its problem. However, Lovie Smith did not make correct choice. It was no wonder for the Chicago Bears to lose its games again and again. If they hope to change the situation, it is better for the team to get the right coach who can lead them to win Super Bowl.
